• Cancellation Policy Tickets: Entrance tickets, bus tickets and train tickets are not refundable

• Program Modifications: The itinerary is subject to changes due to weather conditions, force majeure (e.g., road closures, public events), or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, some stops or visits mentioned in the program may not be possible, and the guide may slightly adjust the itinerary. Travel etc. is not liable for unexpected closures of museums and archaeological sites.

• Liability: IAMME IA! is not responsible for delays, strikes, traffic irregularities, or any other issues caused by third parties.

• Tour Changes: Requests to change the date and time of your tour less than 24 hours before departure are subject to availability.

• Itinerary and Duration: The duration and timing of the itinerary may vary due to local traffic conditions.

• Guiding: The tour may be conducted by a multilingual guide.

• Personal Belongings: Please take care of your personal belongings during the tour. IAMME IA! is not responsible for any loss or damage to unattended items.
