The applicable previous version will govern the relationship prior to the User’s acceptance. The User can obtain any previous version from the Owner.

Assignment of contract

The Owner reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose of by novation, or subcontract any or all rights or obligations under these Terms, taking the User’s legitimate interests into account. Provisions regarding changes of these Terms will apply accordingly.
Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms in any way, without the written permission of the Owner.

CONDITIONS

Prices

The price of the tour includes taxes, land or sea transportation, official guides and skipper where specified.
If not specified the price of the tour does not include meals, drinks,entrance fees, gratuities or optional activities.

Cancellation & Liability

– The program is subject to changes due to weather, causes of force majeure (road closure, public events), in which case it may not be possible to make some stops or visits mentioned in the program;  the Guide could slightly amend the itinerary.
Travel etc.is not liable for unexpected closing of Museums and archeological sites
Travel etc. is not liable for delays, strikes, irregularities in city traffic or any other type of damage caused by third parties.

–  Changes to the date and time of your tour requested less than 24-hours before departure times are subject to availability
–  Duration and itinerary times may vary due to local traffic conditions
– May be operated by a multilingual guide
– To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start date in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that period.
– Please take care of your personal effects during the tour; Travel etc. is not responsible for the loss/damages of the objects left unattended.

Operating Notes

Pick up time and location depend on the accommodation. 
Due to road restrictions the vehicle cannot wait too long ; we suggest to be at least 5 minutes in advance at the pick up location. 
If you cannot find our minibus, please give us a call ! Sometimes along the way there is traffic or unexpected, so a little delay can be usual !
In case you need to change your appointment you should contact us at least 24 hours prior the departure and a new written confirmation is necessary to set the new pick up arrangement. 

Insurance

Tours and services are covered by third-party insurance for the risks, the indemnity limits and the guarantees laid down in D.L 111/95 under EUROP ASSISTANCE ITALIA S.P.A. policy Nr. 4287122
